摘　　要：根据己二酸生产过程的反应机理和工作流程,阐述了完成罐在己二酸生产中的重要作用:延长反应时间,促进中间产物反应完全,提高产品收率,为结晶器提供恒定的进料条件,保证结晶质量。介绍了完成罐的自动控制系统。This paper expounded the importance of complete tanks in the production of the adipic acid based on reaction mechanism and technological process of preparing adipic acid. Setting complete tanks in adipic acid production process could prolong reaction time,promote reaction completely,increase product yield.The process also provided constant conditions for the crystallization and ensured the quality of crystals. By introducing its automation control system,setting complete tanks was demonstrated throughly necessity.
