摘 要:控制压力钻井技术是通过精确控制井底压力,解决复杂地层钻井难题的一项先进钻井工艺,能够提高钻井效益,降低钻井成本。缅甸D区块钻井液密度安全窗口窄,地层倾角较大,裂缝、孔隙发育,易发生井涌、井漏、垮塌等复杂情况。Yagyi-1x井是部署在缅甸D区块的一口评价井,五开井段采用控制压力钻井技术,通过精确控制钻进、接单根、起下钻等不同工况下的井底压力,成功解决了该井段安全密度窗口窄的问题,同时减小了压持效应,提高了机械钻速。Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD)is an advanced drilling technology, featured by solving complicated drilling difficulties through precise control of bottom-hole pressure. In Block D of Myanmar field, due to the narrow mud weight window, large strata dip, and developed fractures and pores, well kick, mud leakage and well-bore collapse is likely to happen. Well Yagyi -1x is an appraisal well, and in the fifth spud of drilling, MPD is taken to precisely control the bottom hole pressure under different working conditions, such as drilling, pipe connection, and tripping. The issue of narrow mud weight window is solved successfully by applying MPD technology, and in the meantime, the chip hold down effect is decreased and the drilling rate is increased.
