摘 要:注采井网优化是特低渗透断块油藏有效开发的关键技术之一。针对条带状特低渗透断块油藏,从其几何特征及规模出发,设计了13种布井方案,并借鉴花17断块的地质参数及生产制度,应用自主研制的特低渗透油藏非线性渗流数值模拟软件,对各种布井方案进行了评价,最终优选出3种最佳方案。优选结果显示:可部署3排直井的条带状断块,以2排油井夹1排水井的交错布井方式为最优;可部署两排直井的条带状断块,宜选用井网单元呈"⊥"形的一注对三采的布井方式;直井—水平井联合布井的条带状断块,注水直井布置在水平采油井的趾尖外侧一定距离时,开发效果最佳。Flooding patterns optimization is one of the key technologies for developing faulted block oilfields with extremely low permeability effectively. Considering the geometric characteristics and the size of banding faulted block oilfields, 13 well patterns were designed. Referring to the geologic parameters and production performance in Block Hua17, all of the 13 well patterns were evaluated by applying the nonlinear flow numerical simulation software which designed for such kind of reservoir, and by comparison 3 optimal patterns were provided. The optimization results indicated that: for the banding faulted block reservoirs which could accommodate 3 rows of vertical wells, the optimal pattern was one row of injection wells between two rows of production wells; for the reservoirs which can accommodate 2 rows of vertical wells, the optimal pattern was the one with one injection well working for 3 production wells averagely; and for vertical-horizontal-combined patterns, the optimal location of the vertical injection well is the periphery of the horizontal production well’ s hoe.
