摘 要:冀东油田注水井存在井深、井斜、高温、高压、分注管柱复杂、作业费用高的问题,为了安全地利用原井分注管柱进行调剖,对在利用分注管柱调剖实践中暴露出的卡管柱、仪器遇阻、无法投捞等问题,结合油藏条件、管柱结构、生产管理进行了分析,认为主要原因是地层出砂、频繁关停井、调剖剂沉降黏附。综合分注、调剖的技术特点,提出了管柱调整、调剖工艺优化配套、加强水井管理等改进措施,提高了分注井不动管柱调剖实施成功率,降低了作业工作量和费用。Injection wells in Jidong oil field has the issues like deep well, inclined well, high temperature, high pressure, complex seperated injection tube and high operation charge. In order to ultilize the original seperated injection string safely to practice profile control, considering the problems such as string stuck, logging tools blocking and unable to sending and fishing exposed during profile control treatment, the reservior condition, tubular colume structure and production management have been analysed. The results show that the main reason is sand production, well open and shut frequently and profile control agent deposit and adhesion and the like. Based on analyzing the technology characteristics of stratified water tubular and profile control, this paper give the improvement measures invloving string exchange, profile technique optimizing and tighten up the management. The application has greatly raised the implementation success rate of profile control for the fixed tube in seperated injection wells, and consumedly lowered the work of operationand the charge.
