摘 要:钻井作为勘探开发过程中的重要环节,其费用占勘探开发投资的一半以上,而钻井的井身结构是影响钻井费用的主要因素之一。在对待钻井区块地层情况及压力情况的充分分析和总结的基础上,考虑完钻井事故复杂与井身结构的关系,在保证钻井安全的前提下,对待钻井的套管下深、套管层序、套管尺寸及钢级壁厚进行了优化、简化。通过2009年的实施,万米进尺套管用量、水泥用量和岩屑挖掘量较井身结构优化前大幅度改善。同时,通过优化套管层序及尺寸,减少了大尺寸套管的进尺,提高了机械钻速,使大港油田完钻井的钻井经济技术指标及井身结构优化指标较以往大幅度改善,提高了油田勘探开发的综合效益。Drilling as an important part in exploration and development process, costs more than 50% in the investment of it, while the well structure of drilling is one of the main factors to impact the cost of drilling. Based on the analysis and summary of block formation and pressure, and considering the drilling complex accident and well structure relationship, under the premise of ensuring the safety of drilling, the casing program have been optimized and simplified. Implemented by 2009, the consumption of the casing weight, cement quantity and the debris mining quantity per myriameter has a significant reduction compared with the consumption before optimization, so that the drilling Dagang Oilfield drilled economic and technical indicators and indicators of well structure optimization significantly improved than in the past, it also improves comprehensive benefits of oil field exploration and development.
