摘  要:为了评价沥青路面裂缝密封胶的低温性能,选择6种加热型密封胶和7种常温型密封胶,变化试验温度、拉伸速率、浸水等试验条件进行粘结试验。结果显示,3种加热型密封胶以及有机硅密封胶具有较好的低温性能。随着试验温度的降低,加热型密封胶的最大拉伸量显著减小,而常温型密封胶的感温性较小,特别是有机硅密封胶几乎不受温度影响。拉伸速率对加热型密封胶的影响较大,而有机硅密封胶接近于理想弹性体,受拉伸速率的影响很小。加热型密封胶的应力松弛能力优于有机硅密封胶,但抗浸水能力不如有机硅密封胶。In order to evaluate the low-temperature performance of asphalt pavement crack sealants,six hot-applied sealants and seven cold-applied sealants were tested with varied test conditions including temperature,extension rate and water-immersed.The bond test result shows three hot-applied sealants and the silicone sealants have good low-temperature performance.With the lower test temperature,the maximum extensions of the hot-applied sealants decline significantly while the cold-applied sealants are not affected to such a degree,especially the maximum extensions of silicone sealants,which almost have no change.The extension rate has greater impact on hot-applied sealants rather than silicone sealants,which is close to perfect elastic body.The stress relaxation ability of the hot-applied sealants is better than silicone sealants but the anti-water-immersed ability is just the opposite.
