摘 要:设计了一种应用于隔离装置的便携式无线监护系统,使医护人员能够在不接触传染病人的情况下获取病人的多参数生命体征和心肺音,并实现无线医患通话。该系统集成了无线生命体征监护系统、无线心肺音监测系统以及无线医患通话系统,并实现了智能化一体化设计。在多种隔离装置中应用测试表明,该系统可在100m范围内实现生命体征、心肺音以及医患通话的实时准确无线传输,能够有效解决我国现有隔离装置缺少医护功能的问题,具有较好的临床实用价值。The paper designs a wireless monitoring system for the isolation equipment, so that the health care staffs can get the patients' vital signs and cardio-pulmonary sound, and also communicate with the patients. The system integrates a wireless vital signs monitoring system, a wireless cardio-pulmonary sound monitoring system and a wireless patient call system intelligently. By applied in a variety of isolation equipments, the result shows that the system can implement vital signs, cardio-pulmonary sounds and doctor-patient talk transmission within 100 meters accurately and real-timely. The system can effectively solve the existing problem of isolation equipments which is lack of medical monitoring function. And it would have better clinical value.
