摘  要:在预测井筒压力温度分布时,通常假设油气两相瞬时平衡,对于稠油油井,该假设会产生一定误差。为此,研究了油相中气体扩散规律,证实了稠油油井中存在明显的非平衡现象,根据质量、动量、能量守恒原理,导出了考虑非平衡效应的稠油井筒压力温度计算模型。实例计算验证表明,该模型能更准确地反映稠油油井井筒的流动规律,具有一定的工程应用价值。The concept of instantaneous equilibrium between oil and gas phase is often assumed when predicting wellbore pressure and temperature distribution.While for heavy oil wells,this hypothesis can lead to some errors.It has been proved through studying gas diffusion law in oil phase that there is a distinct non-equilibrium phenomenon in heavy oil wells.A calculation model of pressure and temperature for heavy oil wells has been derived with consideration of non-equilibrium effect based on the principles of mass,momentum,and energy conservation.It has been verified through case calculation that this model can accurately reflect the flow pattern in heavy oil wellbore and has certain engineering application value.
