摘 要:目的:探讨基本药物"零差率"销售制度对零售药店发展的影响。方法:通过实地调研基本药物"零差率"销售制度对零售药店的影响,并进行分析。结果:基本药物"零差率"销售制度使零售药店不再具有价格优势,行业内部竞争加剧,单体药店及非"医保"药店生存困难。结论:为促进零售药店的健康发展,确保基本药物的可获得性,零售药店应扩大连锁经营,开拓农村市场;积极创造条件,争取"医保"定点资格;加强执业药师队伍建设,提高药学服务水平;积极推进多元化发展,寻求差异化经营;努力提升高端产品和中药饮片的销售比例。OBJECTIVE:To discuss on the influence of the policy of essential drugs "zero-profit" sales on the development of retail pharmacies.METHODS:Based on field research,influence of the policy of essential drugs "zero-profit" sales on the development of retail pharmacies was analyzed systematically.RESULTS:The advantage of price in retail pharmacies had disappeared after implementing the policy of essential drugs "zero-profit" sales.Internal competition of industry aggravated and the survival of mono-pharmacies and non-medical insurance contracted pharmacies became difficult.CONCLUSION:In order to promote the healthy development of retail pharmacies and ensure the availability of essential drugs,we put forward some recommendations:first of all,we should expand the chain operations and develop the rural market;secondly,we should actively create conditions for retail pharmacies and make them eligible for medical insurance pharmacies;and then,we should strengthen the team of licensed pharmacists to raise the level of pharmaceutical care;next,we should promote the diversification of retail pharmacies actively and seek different operations;finally,we should try our best to enhance the sales proportion of the high-end products and Chinese traditional medication decoction pieces.
