摘　　要：目的:为中药注射剂入选国家基本药物目录提供参考。方法:以参麦注射液为例,通过分析其成分(人参皂苷、人参多糖、麦冬皂苷、麦冬多糖)、不良反应、质量标准,探讨中药注射剂入选《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009年版)存在的问题。结果与结论:中药注射剂的成分复杂、质量标准有待提高,安全性、稳定性需药学工作者进一步研究。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for TCM injection cataloged in National Essential Drug List.METHODS：Taking Shenmai injection as example,the problems of TCM injection cataloged in the ＂National Essential Drug List·Primary Health Care Institutions with the Use of Part＂（2009 edition） were investigated by analyzing the ingredients（ginseng saponins,ginseng polysaccharide,ophiopogon saponins,polysaccharides）,adverse drug reactions,quality standards.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The ingredients of TCM injection is complex,and quality standards need to be improved.The security and stability of TCM injection need be further studied by pharmaceutical workers.
