中文版护理人员学习型组织量表的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的为护理人员学习型组织文化提供可行的测评工具。方法以方便抽样方法选取513名临床护理人员,采用中文版学习型组织量表进行问卷调查,通过计算量表的内部一致性系数、探索性因素分析和相关性分析来评价量表的信度、效度和维度构成。结果护理人员学习型组织量表包括全局意识与战略领导、创造学习环境以形成共同愿景、团队合作与创新、倡导对话交流和调查研究4个维度,共计16个测量指标;累积方差贡献率为69.115%,量表内部一致性系数Cronbach′sα为0.887。各因子与总分的相关系数为0.604～0.765。结论护理人员学习型组织量表在信度和效度上均达到了可接受的标准,且符合心理测量学的要求,在护理领域具有适用性。Objective To provide a feasible and reliable tool measuring nurses′ learning organization culture.Methods With conve-nience sampling,a total of 513 clinical nurses were investigated with Chinese version Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire（DLOQ）.We evaluated the reliability,validity and dimensions of the scale with internal consistency coefficient,exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis.Results The Chinese version DLOQ for nurses comprised 16 items of four dimensions,including system connection and strategic leadership,creating learning environment toward a collective vision,team learning and innovation,and inquiry and dialogue.The accumulative variance contribution accounted for 69.115%.Meanwhile,the Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.887,with correlative coefficients between the items and the whole scale ranging from 0.604 to 0.765.Conclusion The Chinese version DLOQ for nurses has good reliability and validity up to psychological test standard,and can be applied in nur-sing field.
