摘　　要：通过分析非物质文化遗产档案资源的保护与开发的关系,明确非物质文化遗产档案资源的开发主体与开发客体,分析非物质文化遗产档案资源开发的类型及开发的路径,并提出非物质文化遗产档案资源开发需要注意的几个问题。This essay analysis the relationship between protection and exploitation of the intangible heritage archives resources. Clears the development of subject and object, analysis the type and development path of them, and notes that a few questions should be attending in the exploitation of the intangible heritage archives resources.
