摘  要:目的了解湖沼地区感染性钉螺分布特点,为制定湖沼地区血吸虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集荆州市2006~2010年9个县市区上报的阳性螺点资料,采用秩相关分析对感染性钉螺分布进行相关分析。结果 2006~2010年感染性螺点处数逐年减少,年间比较下降率为1.37%~37.35%。感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,处数构成比87.89%~90.85%,沟渠和河滩感染性钉螺平均密度高于其他环境。感染性螺点主要分布在居民点500 m范围内,距居民点100~400 m范围内感染螺平均密度最高,经秩相关分析,感染螺平均密度与居民距离呈负相关。结论感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,居民点500 m范围内有螺环境为高危易感地带。Objective To investigate the regional distribution of infected snails in lakes in order to provide a scientific basis for schistosomiasis control strategies in lake regions.Methods Infected snails were reported at sites in nine towns in the City of Jingzhou from 2006 to 2010,and these data were collected.Rank correlation was used to analyze the distribution of infected snails.Results From 2006 to 2010,the number of sites with infected snails decreased yearly at a rate of 1.37% to 37.35%.Infected snails were mainly distributed in irrigation canals,accounting for 87.89% to 90.85%.The average density of infected snails was higher in irrigation canals and flood land than at any other site.Infected snails were mainly distributed within 500 m of residential areas.The highest density of infected snails was 100-400 m away from residences.Rank correlation analysis revealed an inverse correlation between the average density of infected snails and distance from residences.Conclusion Infected snails were mainly distributed in irrigation canals.Sites within 500 m of residential areas were most likely to have infected snails.
