摘 要:用普通平板、金氏平板、红枣平板、枸杞子平板和党参平板等5种平板培养31株弱产色或不产色的铜绿假单胞菌,观察其产色情况。结果上述5种平板的产色阳性率分别是16.13%、35.48%、73.33%、77.41%和87.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.28,P<0.01)。红枣平板、枸杞子平板和党参平板促进铜绿假单胞菌绿色素产生效果明显,优于传统的专用产色培养基金氏平板。Thirty-one strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with weak pigment production or no pigment production were cultured on five different plates,i.e.ordinary plates and plates of King's medium,jujube,Chinese wolfberry,and Codonopsis root.Strains produced pigment on the 5 types of plates at a rate of 16.13%,35.48%,73.33%,77.41%,and 87.10%,respectively,though differences were not statistically significant(χ2=46.28,P0.01).Plates with jujube,Chinese wolfberry,and Codonopsis root markedly improved the production of green pigment by P.aeruginosa and were superior to plates of King's medium,which is the culture medium conventionally used to produce pigment.
