摘 要:目的:研究干、鲜鱼腥草挥发油抑菌效果的比较。方法:采用紫外分光光度法分析挥发油中主要成分,以试管二倍稀释法与牛津杯法测定鱼腥草挥发油的抑菌活性。结果:鱼腥草挥发油分别在285,256和238nm波长处有最大吸收峰;鲜鱼腥草挥发油ρ(鲜生药)2g/mL,对沙门菌的抑制效果最强,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.062,0.062,0.031g/mL;鱼腥草挥发油中主要成分的质量由高到低依次为:鲜鱼腥草2g/mL>鲜鱼腥草1g/mL>干鱼腥草2g/mL>干鱼腥草1g/mL。结论:鱼腥草挥发油具有较明显的抗菌作用,鲜鱼腥草抗菌作用>干鱼腥草。Objective: To compare the effect of dry and fresh Houttuyniae herba volatile oil on the antibacterial activity. Methods: The chemical component in the volatile oil was identified via ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Tube double dilution method and oxford cup method were used to determine the antibacterial activity ofHouttuyniae herba volatile oil. Results: Houttuyniae herba volatile oil had maximum absorption peak at 285, 256 and 238 nm. Dry and fresh Houttuyniae herba volatile oil(2 g/mL ) had the highest inhibitory effect on Salmonella. The minimal inhibitory concentration against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and salmonella was respectively 0.062, 0.062, and 0.031 g/mL. The chemical component contents of Houttuyniae herba volatile oil were in sequence of fresh Houttuyniae herba volatile oii(2 g/mL)〉fresh Houttuyniae herba volatile oil (1 g/mL) 〉 dry Houttuyniae herba volatile oil (2 g/mL) 〉 dry Houttuyniae herba volatile oil(1 g/mL).Conelusion: Houttuyniae herba volatile oil had remarkable antibacterial effect.
