摘　　要：论文在汇集整理高校数字图书馆信息服务能力评价指标初选集合的基础上,通过对高校数字图书馆的专家、馆员、用户三个方面群体进行问卷调查,并利用灰色理论进行数据统计和分析,综合筛选出关键评价指标,以此构造出具有一定科学性和合理性的高校数字图书馆信息服务能力关键评价指标体系。Based on the collection of the information services evaluation indicators of university digital library, an investigation is made by this paper through survey questionnaires to experts, librarians and users of university digital library, adopting Grey Theory data statistics and analysis to work out a set of key indicators. An appropriate indicators system of the information services evaluation of university digital library is proposed upon the above-mantioned results.
