摘　　要：论文在分析当前国内外高校图书馆教学参考资源服务系统现状的基础上,从设计理念、总体架构、系统功能、技术实现等几方面介绍了重庆市高校教学参考资源数据库系统的研究和开发工作。Based on the analysis of the status of academic instruction and reference resources service systems at home and abroad, this paper introduces the research and development work of Chongqing Academic Instruction and Reference Information Database System fi＇om the designing concept, the overall frame, the system function as well as technology realization and so on.
