摘　　要：目的探讨创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)结合拉网式中厚皮肤移植修复足背皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2008年6月-2010年6月骨科收治足背部外伤后皮肤软组织缺损患者32例,男性26例,女性6例,年龄19～59岁,平均39岁,缺损面积:(4 cm×6 cm)～(12 cm×15 cm)。均采用创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)结合拉网式中厚皮肤移植手术治疗,观察术后2周、3个月、6个月足部外形?质地以及肢体功能等情况。结果 30例患者移植皮肤愈合良好;2例患者少许移植皮肤坏死,换药后愈合。术后3个月随访,全部患者创面愈合良好,外形美观,表面平坦,颜色正常,皮肤质地良好,肢体功能良好。结论创面封闭式负压引流(VSD)结合拉网式中厚皮肤移植修复足背皮肤软组织缺损,手术简单创伤小,节约取皮面积,外形美观,避免二次手术修复,是一种安全有效的手术方法,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the outcome of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combine with thickness skin graft（resembling a drag-net） to repair instep skin and soft tissue defect.Methods From June 2008 to June 2010,32 patients with instep skin and soft tissue defect were selected.26 males and 6 females,aged 19 to 59 years,mean age 39 years,defect area：（4 cm×6 cm-12×15 cm）.All cases were repaired with VSD combine with thickness skin graft.The shape of the foot and limb function,texture was observed 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months late.Results The skin graft healed well in 30 cases,a little graft skin necrosis occurred in 2 cases.The wound was healed well in all patients with a beautiful shape,smooth surface,normal color,skin texture and good function.Conclusion VSD combined with thickness skin graft is a safe and efficient for the instep skin and soft tissue defect,and worthy to be generalized.
