摘　　要：文章在分析农民就业多元化现实特征的基础上,阐述了在农民就业多元化背景下加强农村人力资源开发的意义。提出了农村劳动力资源开发既要加强劳动力素质开发,又要加强就业门路开发的对策建议。Based on the analysis of the realistic characteristics of farmers＇ employment diversification,the practical significance of strengthening rural labor force resources exploitation under the background of farmer employment diversification was summarized.Some methods and recommendations were proposed to strengthen the exploitation of rural labor force resources： strengthen the exploitation of labor force quality and employment opportunities.
