摘 要:充分论证并科学调度分蓄洪区是预防、减轻洪涝灾害并达到综合效益最大化的有效途径之一。本文针对杜家台分蓄洪区自身的工程特点以及与汉江及长江的相对位置关系,特别考虑了长江对汉江的顶托作用,以研究杜家台分蓄洪区的分洪效果为目标,建立了一维河网数学模型,模拟杜家台分蓄洪区洪道、汉江干流仙桃到河口以及长江干流螺山到汉口河段的洪水演进情况。以1984年9月29日-10月5日汉江洪水过程为例,本文在模型得到充分验证的基础上,模拟了杜家台不同的分洪方案所产生的综合防洪效益,包括汉江水位的降低效果、对杜家台分蓄洪区内民垸的影响以及对长江螺汉河段水位的影响。研究成果能为杜家台分蓄洪区以及类似工程的调度提供技术支持。It is one of the effective ways to prevent and mitigate floods for achieving maximal general benefit that a flood diversion area is demonstrated adequately and regulated scientifically.In this paper,based on the engineering characteristics of the Dujiatai flood diversion area and its relative position between the Hanjiang and Yangtze Rivers,as well as its interaction with the Yangtze River,the effect of Dujiatai on flood diversion is studied and the relevant one-dimensional river networks mathematical model is built.The model can simulate the flood routing in the flood channel of Dujiatai,the reach from Xiantao to the river mouth of the Hanjiang River and the reach from Luoshan to Hankou of the Yangtze River.The model was validated by the flood process from Sep.29 to Oct.5,1984.The general flood control benefits which are brought by Dujiatai's different diversion projects are simulated.The flood control benefit includes a fall of the Hanjiang water level,the effect on flood-destroyed dyke-enclosed places and the impact on the water level of Luoshan reach of the Yangtze River.The research results can guide the regulation of the Dujiatai flood diversion area and other similar projects.
