手术配合流程图加情景模拟训练提高护士在心脏术后出血患者抢救术中的配合能力

摘　　要：目的探讨手术配合流程图加情景模拟训练在心脏术后出血患者抢救手术中的应用效果。方法制作了该手术配合流程图并对所有护士进行情景模拟训练。结果 8例患者手术抢救成功,预后良好;1例患者术后因低心排出量、多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论流程再造加情景模拟训练可有效提高手术室护士抢救心脏术后出血患者应急配合能力。Objective To explore the effects of process reorganization and stimulated training in the rescue of patients with post-cardiac surgical bleeding.Methods The specific operating process was reorganized and all nurses underwent the simulated training.Results Eight patients were rescued successfully with further favorable prognosis.One patient died due to postoperative low cardiac output and multiple organ failure.Conclusion Process reorganization combined with simulated training may improve the nurse＇s emergency ability in the rescue of patients with post-cardiac surgical bleeding.
