摘　　要：目的比较封闭式软纱布敷料和3MTMTegadermTM HP型透明敷料(简称HP型透明敷料)在造血干细胞移植患者中心静脉导管护理中的临床效果。方法回顾2008年10月至2009年4月采用HP型透明敷料患者的临床表现,并与2008年1-9月应用封闭式软纱布敷料患者的临床资料进行比较,对患者皮肤发生红斑和皮疹、皮肤破溃等反应以及更换敷料时患者的疼痛,敷料发生卷边和松动等进行统计。结果观察组患者出现局部皮肤破损的现象少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在敷料发生卷边和松动上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在造血干细胞移植的特定环境下,可以广泛地应用HP型透明敷料。Objective To compare the clinical effects between close-endedfund gauze and 3MTM TegadermTM HP-transparent dressing（HP-transparent dressing） during centeral vein catheter（CVC） of the patients who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods The clinical manifestations of the patients who used HP-transparent dressing from October 2008 to April 2009 were reviewed and the clinical data were compared with those who used close-endedfund gauze from January to September 2008 through counting their erythema,rash,wounded skin,patients＇ aching feeling during their dressing as well as crimping and flexible dressing.Results The patients who used HP-transparent dressing suffered significantly less skin wounding than who used close-endedfund gauze.Significant differences were also observed in crimping and flexible dressing（P0.05）.Conclusion HP-transparent dressing can be widely applied in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
