摘　　要：加强虚拟社会管理已成为新形势下创新社会管理、加强综合治理工作的一个难题和重点。利用网络新技术带来的机遇,有力的对抗虚拟社会带来的新挑战,建立健全社会治安打防管控机制,创建一体化警务指挥决策体系和信息化、智能化打击违法犯罪新模式,建立健全虚拟社会综合管控机制。Trengthen the virtual social management has become a new situation of social management,strengthen the innovation of comprehensive control of a problem and key.Using the new network technology brings opportunities,powerful against virtual society with the new challenge,to build a healthy social security Strike prevention control mechanism,create integration police command decision-making system and informationization,intelligent blow illegal crime new mode,establish and perfect the virtual social comprehensive control mechanism,all-round to strengthen the management of virtual social innovation.
