摘　　要：小额贷款公司试点以来,在支持"三农"和中小企业发展方面发挥了重要作用。但小额贷款公司在运行过程中也面临许多问题,主要表现在政府政策支持不足,融资渠道不畅,利润水平低,未被纳入征信体系等方面。The small loan companies have played an important role in support of the ＂three rural ＂and the development of SMES since their pilot.However,they also faced many problems in the running process,mainly in the system design,lack of government policy support,the not smoothing financing channels,the low level of profit,not included in the credit system and so on.
