摘　　要：从投入产出效率角度入手,运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型来研究我国沿海地区的经济效能,并以山东半岛为例,应用基于C#语言的海洋经济效能专题评估软件对山东半岛的经济效能进行研究与评价,并对评价结果进行了分析,提出了对策和建议。In this paper, the economic efficiency of coastal zone is studied using the Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） model, starting from the input-output efficiency. The software for evaluating the economic efficiency of the coastal zone is applied to compute the input-output efficiency of 7 coastal administrative regions in Shandong province, and the results of evaluation are analyzed briefly. Moreover, research on how to balance the environmental protection and the resource development of coastal zone in the Shandong peninsula has been carried out.
