摘　　要："十一五"期间,海阳市海洋产业由一次产业向二、三次产业转换的趋势日益明显。在渔业、盐业平稳发展的基础上,港口运输业、滨海旅游业等产业开始加速发展。在分析海阳市海洋经济发展现状的基础上,重点分析了海阳市海阳经济发展存在的问题,提出了海阳市海洋经济可持续发展的对策。During the Eleventh Fire-year Plan, the tendency of marine industries in the Haiyang City shifting from the primary to the secondary and tertiary industries became increasingly obvious, and on the basis of the stable development of fishery and salt industry, the industries such as harbour transportation and coastal tourism began to develop rapidly. Based on the analysis of the current situation of marine economic development in the Haiyang City, the paper focuses on analyzing the problems in the marine economic development of Haiyang City and proposing the countermeasures on the sustainable development of marine economy in the Haiyang City.
