摘　　要：绿色海洋生产总值是海洋绿色核算的重要指标,通过对海洋资源消耗、海洋环境破坏的成本核算,对海洋生产总值进行修正获得的。确立了一套对海洋资源耗减成本、海洋环境污染成本进行核算的方法,包括以土地价值补偿法为基础的海洋资源成本定价法、围填海面积的价值补偿法,以及海洋环境的虚拟治理成本法等,实现了绿色海洋经济核算体系的核心指标绿色GOP的核算,得到2007年广东省绿色GOP为4249.30亿元,占广东省海洋生产总值的93.75%,较为客观、真实的反映出广东省海洋经济的运行状况。由于目前研究方法和海洋统计的不足,本次核算对海洋资源消耗和环境污染并不完整,有待进一步研究与完善。The Green Gross Ocean Product （green GOP） is an important index of Green Accounting of Marine Economy, which can be acquired by adjusting or revising the Gross Ocean Product （GOP） through cost accounting of marine natural resource exhaustion and environmental deterioration. The paper esteblishes a set of accounting methods on the cost of marine resources consumption and marine environmental pollution which include the method of price-fixing on the cost of marine resources and environment and the method of value compensation for the area of reclaimed land from the sea on the basis of the method on the compensation of land value, the method on the cost of virtual administration of marine environment, and so forth. And the green GOP is revised in accordance with the accounting results. It is initially figured out that the Guangdong＇s green GOP of 2007 is 424.93 billion yuan RMB, accounting for 93.75% of the Guangdong＇s GOP of the same year. It reflects objectively and truly the operating status of Guangdong＇s marine economy. But it should be pointed out that the cost accounting of marine natural resource exhaustion and environmental deterioration is not integrate due to inadequate study methods and marine statistics, which have yet to the further studied and perfected.
