推进新型农村社会养老保险试点工作应坚持的几个原则

摘　　要：新农保试点应该加快进程,尽快全面覆盖全体农村适龄居民。但在新农保推进工作中,还是应该遵循新农保与社会经济发展水平与速度相适应,从实际出发、分类指导,先慢后快、逐步推进,规范操作、逐步完善,可衔接性和可持续性原则,政府引导、自愿参加,政府主导、社会参与等原则。The new-pattern rural social endowment insurane in experimental areas should be sped up and cover rural residents of statutory age on the whole as soon as possible.In promoting the new-pattern rural social endowment insurane,the following principles should be abided by：adaptation to the level and speed of social economy development, departure from reality, differentiated guidence, first slow, then quick and step-by-step advancement, standard operation, gradual improvement, being articulated and sustainable, adjustment of measures to local conditions, being government-directed and society-participated.
