云南烟区烤烟石油醚提取物含量与品种和区域生态关系研究

摘　　要：为了解云南烤烟香气物质含量状况、不同烟区间差异及其生态生理学原因,在选定的云南12个植烟州市,对5个主栽烤烟品种烟叶石油醚提取物质量分数与品种和区域生态关系进行了研究.结果表明:①石油醚提取物质量分数在各产区之间存在差异,变幅为3.370%～7.340%,昭通烟叶质量分数最高,达5.971%,曲靖烟叶质量分数最少,仅为4.888%;②各品种烟叶石油醚提取物含量中以K326最高,云烟97最低,品种间差异不显著;③石油醚提取物含量与区域生态因子如大田期总日照时数、土壤pH值、氯离子含量等有关,拟合曲线方程的决定系数均达到显著水平.In order to identify the status of the aromatic substances of flue-tobacco,the difference on the contents among different tobacco-planting area and the ecological reasons,the relationship of petroleum ether extract contents between the varieties and different region from 12 tobacco-pant cities and 5 major cultural flue-tobacco varieties in Yunnan province was studied.The results showed that ① There was difference in petroleum ether extract contents among tobacco-producing areas,the contents ranged from 3.370 to 7.340 percent.Zhaotong tobacco-producing area possessed the highest content which reached 5.971 percent,and Qujing tobacco leaves had the lowest content as 4.888 percent.② K326 had the highest and Yunyan 97 had the lowest contents of petroleum ether extract,there was no significant difference among the 5 flue-tobacco varieties.③ The content of petroleum ether extract was related with the regional ecological factors such as the total sunshine duration,soil pH value and soil Cl-contents et al.,the coefficient of determination of fitted curve showed significantly difference.
