浅论地方高校在经济转型中的服务功能和作用——以云南高等学校为例

摘　　要：地方高校应顺应时代潮流,紧密联系地方经济、地域经济发展实际,适应经济转型、产业升级对人才的需求,全面提升办学水平,积极构建教学、科研、服务一体化的教育体系。当前,云南高校则应牢牢把握"两强一堡"建设主题,根据社会对人才的需求,不断改革人才培养模式,从改革完善课程体系、专业设置等多方面入手,结合新型产业、创意产业的兴起实施人才培养战略,培养创新型人才和适用型人才,为经济转型发展提供服务和支撑。Local colleges and universities should conform to the trend of the times, focus on the current situation of local and regional economic development, respond actively to human resource needs raised by economic transformation and industry upgrading, strengthen the management capacity at all levels, and build an educational system into which the teaching, research and service functions are integrated. They should firmly comply with the core purpose of Yunnan＇s construction -- ＂Strengthening two aspects, becoming a stronghold＂ and reform the cultivating model according to human resource needs, perfect curricular system and major setting, combine the new type creative industry to realize the strategy of talent training, to cultivate new type and adaptive talent people providing service and support for economic transformation and development.
