染色酸DM在涤纶和锦纶织物染色中的应用

摘　　要：用复配合成的染色酸DM替代冰醋酸作为染色过程中的酸剂,对比了染色酸DM与冰醋酸在不同浓度下的pH值、高温高压下分散染料和弱酸性染料的染色性能、对T/C的强力损伤情况以及染色效果,得出在相同的染色条件下,染色酸DM可完全替代冰醋酸进行染色加工的结论。Acetic acid was replaced by a synergism acid releaser DM in the dyeing process.The pH in different concentrations of acetic acid and acid releaser DM,the performances of disperse dyes in high temperature and high pressure,the performances of weak acid dyes,the strength loss of T/C and the dyeing effects were compared respectively.The results showed that in the same dyeing conditions,acetic acid could be replaced by acid releaser DM entirely.
