摘 要:本文探讨了由混合硝基蒽醌废渣直接制备黄色分散染料的可利用性,比较了三氯甲烷和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)提纯黄色分散染料的热性能和染色性能,并与C.I.分散黄54和C.I.分散橙25复配制备了商品化染料。研究结果表明,DMF提纯的分散黄E-D的热稳定性优于三氯甲烷提纯的分散黄E-T;经提纯的染料都能明显提高染色性能,以DMF提纯为最佳;复配的商品化染料染色性能接近市场上的分散金黄SE。由混合硝基蒽醌废渣直接制备的黄色分散染料具有实际再利用的价值。The availability of disperse yellow dyes directly prepared from residues of mixed nitroanthraquinone was studied.The thermal properties and dyeing performances of the disperse yellow dyes purified by trichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) respectively were compared.Commercial dyes were prepared by synergizing purified dyes with C.I.Disperse Yellow 54 and C.I.Disperse Orange 25.The results showed that the thermostability of the Disperse Yellow E-D purified by DMF was better than that of Disperse Yellow E-T purified by trichloromethane;the dyeing performances of the synergistic purified dyes were obviously improved,particularly preferable for Disperse Yellow E-D.The dyeing performances of the synergized commercial dyes approached to that of Disperse Golden Yellow SE.Therefore,the disperse yellow dye directly prepared from residues of mixed nitroanthraquinone has commercial value.
