摘　　要：目的:研究艾迪注射液联合化疗对晚期大肠癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的晚期大肠癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,采用艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX4方案;对照组30例,单纯化疗,方案同治疗组。4周期后,分别观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状评分、KPS评分,食欲及体质量方面的变化。结果:两组患者在中医症状评分,Karnofsky评分,食欲及体质量方面比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗可改善晚期大肠癌患者的中医症候及体力状况,提高患者生活质量。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality in advanced color ectal cancer patients. METHODS Sixty advanced colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treat ment group with 30 patients were treated with Aidi injection and chemotherapy. The control group with 30 patients were trea ted with chemotherapy only. The two groups were both given FOLFOX4 regiment treatment. The change in TCM symptoms, KPS ,weight and appetite was observed after chemotherapy was given for four courses. RESULTS There were significant differences in syndrome scores,KPS ,weight and appetite of the two groups （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Aidi injection can in deed improve TCM symptoms and life quality in advanced colorectal cancer patients.
