信息妖与数字化世界的信息秩序

摘　　要：信息指反映在主观意识中的对象物的存在和运动状态。信息不依赖于感知者的存在而存在,但依赖于感知者的反映而被提取和表达。被提取、加工、表达的信息形成一种人化的存在,即波普尔所谓世界3——客观知识世界。信息随着其载体的进化而进化,并因此而改变人类的交往方式进而改变社会的存在形态。当数字化技术、PC技术、网络技术、自媒体技术等把世界连为一体的时候,信息爆炸,形成世界4——虚拟世界。世界4又可以解析为4-1、4-2、4-3、4-4,其中4-4是世界4最独特的部分。在线和交互是世界4最重要的特征。在线使一切过程得以超时空、超链接;交互所带来的是参与、互动、即时,每一种交往的可能性都打开更大的信息增殖空间,也带来更大的未知性。世界4所带来的是庞大的不确定性和未来发展的难以预见性,已经且将继续以更大的力度冲击人类现有的社会组织及管理秩序。如今的信息世界与宇宙大爆炸早期的浑沌无序有某种相似,需要与物理世界的"麦克斯韦妖"有某种功能相似性的"信息妖"来拮抗信息熵,以使信息世界达到稳定可持续的秩序性。Information means the states of existence and movement of object, which reflected in subjective consciousness. Information does not rely on the existence of receiver, but rely on the reaction, could be picked up and expressed. Information that be picked up, processed and expressed forms a kind of humanized existence. That is Popper＇s world 3, namely the world of objective knowledge. Information evolves with the evolution of its carrier, changes the way of human interaction, and changes the state of existence of society. When digital technology, PC technology, internet technology rand We Media technology united the world, with information explosion, the world 4 forms. The world 4 is a virtual world, which can be subdivide into world 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, and 4-4, among which the world 4-- 4 is the unique part of world 4. On--line and interaction are the most important character of the world 4. On-line can make all process become hyper space and hyperlink. Interaction bring forth participation, mutuality and instantaneous. The possibility of each interaction opens bigger space of information increment, and more sealed book. What the world 4 bring about, is more uncertainty and unforeseen future development, which has struck the existing social organization and order of management, and will keep such striking with stronger force. There is some kind of similarity between present information world and the disorder in Big--bang of early cosmos. To keep a stable order in information world, some info--demon which has some functional similarity with Maxwell demon in physical world is needed to resist the entropy of information.
