摘  要:目的建立白花蛇舌草药材中去乙酰基车叶草苷酸与鸡屎藤次苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:PinnacleuC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-1mol·L^-1冰醋酸(3:2:95);检测波长:230nm;流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果去乙酰基车叶草苷酸与鸡屎藤次苷质量浓度分别在12-240μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)和10.8-216μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为101.1%和99.8%,RSD分别为2.8%和2.3%。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于同时测定白花蛇舌草药材中上述2种环烯醚萜类成分含量。Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of deacetylasperulosidic acid and scandoside in Hedyotis diffusa . Methods The separation was performed on a Pinnacleu C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol- acetonitrile-water (3 :2 : 95,containing 1 mol · L^-1 acetic acid) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The UV detection was set at 230 nm. Results The calibration curve of deacetylasperulosidic acid and scandoside were linear in the concen- tration range of 12-240μg · mL^-1 ( r =0. 999 7} and 10.8-216μg · mL^-1 ( r =0. 999 8). The average recoveries of deacetylasper- ulosidic acid and scandoside were 101.1 % and 99.8 %, respectively. The RSD of deacetylasperulosidic acid and scandoside were 2.8 and 2.3 %, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determining deacetylasper- ulosidic acid and scandoside simultaneously in Hedyotis diffusa .
