摘 要:高压叶片泵中单独应用聚四氟乙烯矩形密封圈进行高低压区间的径向间隙密封,基于缝隙流动理论分析其密封的基本原理,进而建立此矩形密封圈的二维轴对称ANSYS有限元模型,对密封圈在液体压力作用下的变形和应力分布进行数值模拟。结果表明:矩形密封圈在密封面低压侧的局部区域有较大的接触应力,密封圈的外圆柱面为主密封面,应力最大的接触区起主要密封作用,密封圈截面由矩形变为近似菱形,在低压侧密封圈局部有Von Mises应力强区,当主密封面由于形位误差造成其油膜压力分布发生变化时,总压力分布会发生显著变化,密封性能随之改变。PTFE rectangular sealing ring is separately used to seal the radial clearance between high and low pressure region in high-pressure vane pump. The basic sealing principle was analyzed based on aperture flow theory, the two-dinlen- sional axisymmetric finite element model of the rectangular seal was established by ANSYS, and its deformation and stress distribution under hydrostatic pressure were simulated. The results show that greater contact stress is existed in the small region on the low-pressure side of the seal and the external cylindrical surface of the seal is the main seal surface. The part with the maximum contact stress plays a major role in sealing. There is strong zone of Von Mises stress near to the low-pres- sure side of the seal and the shape of the rectangular section is turned into a similar diamond^shaped one. When there are changes in hydrostatic pressure distribution caused by its shape and position errors in the main seal surface, the remarkable change of the stress distribution would taka place as well as the sealing performance.
