摘 要:以外圆车削为研究对象,建立以摩擦力相耦合的刀具弹性子系统与工件弹性子系统的多自由度模型,阐述机械加工工艺系统受摩擦激励引发颤振和尖啸噪声的基本原理;利用实验数据,对工件与刀具之间摩擦力进行估计,论述高频尖啸噪声产生的摩擦学条件;指出利用润滑改善切削的摩擦条件可以达到减振降噪的目的。With reference to cylindrical turning, a multi degrees of freedom model was established to illustrate the basic theory of friction induced chatter and squeal. The model contains two elastic subsystems, tool and workpiece, which coupled with each other through friction. Using experimental data, friction between tool and workpiece was estimated, and the tribo- logical conditions with respect to squeal generating were discussed. To reduce the chatter and the squeal in cutting, impro- ving tribological conditions by lubrication was purposed.
