摘  要:为了得到内部带有加强筋的横梁或立柱,采用多臂开口的小样机设计试织了一种平面上带有平行管腔的立体织物。用这种立体织物做增强体材料,其管状体经填充后,在达到板材所需强度的同时,可大大减少材料消耗,降低材料成本。该织物具有多个矩形口,并由中间的一层织物连接到一起。通过分析织物结构、织制原理、上机图设计过程和上机要点,成功开发出平面上带有平行管腔的立体织物。In order to get cross beam or vertical post in fabric,dobby shedding sample machine was used to-weave a kind of three dimensional fabric with parallel tube on the plane. Three dimensional fabric was used as reinforced material,the material strength can be strengthened after the tube be filled, material consumption and cost can he reduced greatly. There are lots of rectangular cut which are connected by one middle fabric. Finally three dimensional fabric with parallel tube on the plane can be developed through analyzing fabric weave structure, weaving principle, drafting arrangement design and key loom processing.
