摘 要:分析粗纱机翼导卷绕方式的可行性。针对粗纱机高速时大纱表层粗纱易断裂以及电脑粗纱机采用多电机分部控制,尤其是取消了差速箱机型的耗电大大增加等问题,通过对管导与翼导卷绕方式进行理论分析得出:在相同的卷绕速度下,卷绕方式采用翼导的筒管转速始终比管导低,翼导卷绕方式在减小离心张力、降低能耗和提高生产效率等方面都优于管导方式,而翼导卷绕方式的缺点随着科技的进步都是可以解决的。分析结果表明,粗纱机高速时其卷绕方式采用翼导比管导更有利,且有可行性。Feasibility of flyer lead winding style on roving machine was discussed. Flyer lead and pipe lead were analyzed in theory, according to surface roving broken easily in high speed-condition and multi-motor step control used in computer roving machine, especially larger energy consumption when canceling differential case. The practice shows thai in same winding speed, tube speed is lower when adopting flyer lead. Flyer lead is better than that of pipe lead in aspect of reducing centrifugal force and energy consumption,increasing production efficiency et al. Disadvantages of flyer lead can be resolved as science and technology progress. The result shows that it is more favorable and feasible to adopting flyer lead when the speed of roving machine is higher.
