摘　　要：为了顺利开发兼具股线风格和高档针织用纱性能的纯棉竹节纱,将赛络纺、紧密纺及竹节纱纺纱技术结合在一起,通过各工序采取相应工艺技术措施,并对喇叭口中心距、竹节纱延时坡度及集聚负压等关键工艺参数进行试验与优化,结果成功地纺制出纯棉赛络紧密纺竹节纱,满足了高档针织用纱的质量要求。认为:将紧密纺、赛络纺及竹节纱技术结合的纺纱方法,有利于综合不同纺纱方法的技术优势,可较大幅度地提升纱线风格与质量档次,并满足了产品升级的要求。To develop pure cotton slub yarn with ply style and high-quality knitting yarn property,technologies of sirospun,compact spinning and slub yarn were combined together. Related processing measures were adopted in each process, key processing parameters were tested and optimized such as center distance among hells,slub yarn delay slope and compact negative pressure et al, finally pure cotton sirospun compact slub yarn can be produced successfully,quality demands of high-quality knitting yarn can be reached. It is considered that technology advantages of the three spinning methods can be used comprehensively,yarn style and quality grade can be promoted greatly,product promotion demands can be reached.
