摘　　要：介绍TK930S型清纱器在ESPERO型络筒机上的使用经验。举例说明了TK930S型清纱器的工艺优化方法,对清纱器使用过程中存在的闪红灯、单锭不能取样等问题提出了应对措施,并利用TK930S型清纱器的捻接统计功能和纱疵统计功能对成纱质量进行了在线监控。指出:只有从根本上减少纱疵的产生、提高管纱质量,才能达到较好的切疵效果,同时保证络筒机生产效率;充分运用清纱器的监控和分级功能,可以达到减少纱疵产生、提高成纱质量的目的。Experiences of using TK930S yarn clearer on ESPERO winding machine were introduced. Processing optimization method of TK930S yarn clearer was introduced by examples. Related measures were put forward according to problems in using yarn clearer such as flashing red light, no single spindle sample et al. Yarn qualities were controlled online by splice function and yarn defect statistics function on TK930S yarn clearer. It is pointed out that better yarn defect elimination effect can be reached when yarn defects were reduced and bobbin quality was improved fundamentally, at the same time winding machine efficiency should be ensured. Yarn defect can be reduced and yarn quality can be improved when detection function and classification function of yarn clearer were used fully.
