摘  要:针对我国楼市的现状,应该以市场为主导,采用经济杠杆的手段来稳定楼市。在规划保障性住房时,既应该点面结合、科学分布,使入住者安居乐业;又可以把保障房当一蓄水池,通过行政引导,还住房以居住为本的属性,以利于房地产业的长远发展。As for the recent situation of Chinese housing market,in order to stabilize the prices,a new idea that takes the market as the leadership and taking the economic lever as a method as well as introduces the reservoir concept to the market is presented in this paper.In the settlement of the low-income housing,only by combing the part with the whole and harmoniously scientific distribution,can the residents live and work in peace and contentment.Only with the aid of the economical law of the market itself and the governmental guiding,can the original attribute that the purpose of buying house is used for residence be given back and our real estate industry can earn a long-term stable development.
