图书馆借阅中拒借原因分析及对策——以苏州市职业大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：图书流通中拒借的主要原因有:读者不熟悉借阅规则、图书馆管理存在缺陷及图书管理与读者需求的矛盾等。因此必须加强图书管理、对读者进行良好的入馆教育,同时建立流通管理与读者借阅的信息交流平台。This paper analyzes the causes of refusal to lend books.The main reasons are： readers are not familiar with borrowing rules,library management has defect,the management cannot meet the readers＇ need,etc.Based upon these measures such as improving library management,library education for readers,and establishment of information interactive platform for readers＇ borrowing and circulation management are proposed to strengthen management and lower the refusal rate.
