摘　　要：知识经济、信息革命及多元化社会思潮对大学生价值观的冲击和影响,给高校德育工作带来了新的挑战,互联网的广泛普及和新媒体的快速传播对高校网络思想政治教育提出了新的要求。文章从高校德育网站的存在问题、设计原则和运营方法三方面,论述高校德育网站的建设。Impact and influence about knowledge economy, information revolution and pluralistic social ideological trend bring impact and influence to college students, and they also bring new challenges to the moral education in colleges. While Internet＇s widespread popularization and new media＇s have put forward new requirements to the internet-based ideological and political education. Three aspects were shown in this article, which discusses the construction of the college moral website, the problems of college moral website, and the design principles and the operation method.
