国内流行性感冒灭活疫苗的保护效果研究Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价流行性感冒灭活疫苗(Inactivated Influenza Vaccine,IIV)在国内应用的保护效果。方法电子检索《中国生物医学文献数据库》、《中国期刊全文数据库》、《万方全文数据库》等数据库,将有关接种IIV保护效果的研究纳入分析。使用RevMan4.2.10软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入18篇文献,有7项为随机对照试验研究,11项为队列研究。IIV对流感样症状(Influenza Like Illness,ILI)有保护效果,总保护率分别为53%[95%可信区间(ConfidenceInterval,CI);41%～63%],其中青少年为62%(95%CI:48%～72%),成人为49%(95%CI:10%～71%),老年人为63%(95%CI:44%～75%);IIV对普通感冒(Common Cold,CC)总保护率为27%(95%CI:3%～44%),其中青少年为21%(95%CI:9%～66%)。结论 IIV可有效预防各年龄段IIV的发生,对CC也有保护效果。Objective To evaluate vaccine protective efficacy（VE）of inactivated influenza vaccine（IIV）used in China.Methods Searching ＂China Biology Medicine disc,（CBMd）＂,＂China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）＂,＂Wanfang Database（WF）＂ database,the studies of VE for IIV were included,and meta analysis were made by RevMan 4.2.10 software.Results A total of 18 studies were included,7 studies were control study trial（RCT）,11 studies were cohort study.The VE of influenza like illness（ILI）was 53%[95%confidence interval（CI）：41%～63%].The analysis showed that VE of ILI for children and adolescent was 62%（95% CI：48%～72%）,and 49%（95%CI：10%～71%）for adults,and 63%（95%CI：44%～75%）for elders.The VE of common cold（CC）was 27%（95%CI：3%～44%）,and 21%（95%CI：9%～66%）for children and adolescent.Conclusions IIV has good protective efficacy against ILI in all age groups,and it has effect of protection against CC.
