摘  要:研究开发了一种新型本征型光纤倏逝波传感器。采用有机玻璃板和大半圆弧高抛光PVC管构成光纤支架,将60/125μm阶跃多模光纤隔一定距离剥除等长度涂覆层后缠绕于光纤支架上,其无涂覆层部分位于上下两PVC管之间,经化学腐蚀后获得裸芯总长度大于0.5 m的新型高灵敏本征型光纤倏逝波传感器。实验结果表明:该传感器对亚甲基蓝的探测浓度可达到10-8 mol/L量级,灵敏度达到2.66 L/μmol,其灵敏度高,结构简单,易制备,成本低,适用于溶液、气体里痕量物质的检测。A new intrinsic optic fiber evanescent wave sensor is developed. The sensor is fabricated with the 60/125 p.m step-index multimode optical fiber wrapped around a scaffold. The scaffold is integrated using plexiglass and large circular arc PVC pipe, the fiber is peeled off a section of length cladding at a certain distance, and a section of fiber by peeled cladding is located among two large circular arc PVC pipe. A new high sensitivity intrinsic optical fiber evanescent wave sensor with the bare core length more than 0.5 m can be obtained by application of chemical corrosion method. The experimental results show that the lowest concentration of the methylene blue solution can he detected up to the order of 10-s mol/L, the sensitivity is up to 2.66 L/μmol, the sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple structure, easy fabricated, low cost, and it is suitable for the detection of trace amounts of substances in solution or gas.
