摘 要:海洋生态环境复杂多变,深海微生物培养不完善。为提高海洋微生物检测精度,减小测量误差,需要借助自动在线测量系统。基于ATP生物发光原理,提出了一种海洋微生物量原位检测系统设计方案。该仪器以C8051F为处理器,集成了A/D转换、电磁阀驱动、步进电机驱动等模块,实现了全自动运行。阐述了系统工作原理,介绍了系统各部分组成。实验表明:本系统运行良好,测量误差小,标准10-9mol/L数量级别的ATP溶液,精度可达到±7%,可以实现微生物的原位在线检测。The marine ecosystem is very complicated, so it is impossible to cultivate all kinds of the microorganism in deep sea. To improve the precision of marine microbial detection and reduce the measuring error,an automatic on-line measurement system is needed. Based on the ATP biolumineseence reaction detection principle, a design scheme of in-situ detecting system for marine microorganism amount is presented. The equipment uses C8051 F as the microprocessor, integrates A/D conversion, electromagnetic valve and stepper motor drive modules, achieves fully automatic operation. The working principle of the system is described and the system components are introduced. The experimental result shows that this system can work well, and the measurement error is small, the precision can reach ±7 % when measuring 10-9mol/L scalar standard ATP solution. The in- situ and on-line detection for microorganism is realized.
