摘  要:为解决传统红外气体分析器稳定性差、测量精度低等问题,研制了一种基于非分光红外吸收原理的新型气体分析器。重点介绍了该气体分析器的电调制红外光源、热释电红外检测器、光/气路结构、信号调理电路及其嵌入式实时监控系统的设计。利用以太网控制器CP2200设计了工业以太网接口,通过以太网接口能够快速准确地发送测量和报警信息。实验结果表明:该红外气体分析器响应快速,测量精度高,稳定性好,具有很高的实用价值。In order to resolve the problem of the traditional infrared gas analyzer, such as poor stability and low measurement precision, a new gas analyzer is designed based on non-dispersive infrared absorption principle. The emphasis is paid on the analysis of pulsed infrared source, thermopile infrared detector, light and gas path structure, signal regulating circuit and embedded real-time monitoring system. The industrial ethernet interface is designed using ethernet controller CP2200, measurement and alarm information is sent quickly and accurately by the ethernet interface. Experimental results have proved that this infrared gas analyzer has the characteristics of fast response,high measurement precision,good stability and has a high practical value.
