摘　　要：目的:了解近年来西安社区妇女妇科常见病发病率,探讨主要病种及相关因素。方法:根据统一制定的妇科病普查卡片内容,对来院就诊及本医院所管辖社区的被普查者逐个询问病史填写卡片、常规进行妇科检查及辅助检查。个别检查项目根据病情需要来决定是否检查。结果:普查3 017例社区妇女,常见妇科病发病率前三位是:宫颈糜烂27.58%,子宫肌瘤7.49%,乳房肿块5.37%,宫颈癌1例。宫颈糜烂21～25岁患病率最高,为44.34%,56～60最低,为5.5%,患病率随着年龄增大而下降(P<0.01)。子宫肌瘤21～25岁发病率为0.90%,41～45岁发病率14.29%,发病率随年龄增加而增加,绝经期51～55岁又下降到3.4%(P<0.01)。结论:调查发现目前西安社区妇女妇科疾病感染率仍较高,检查出的疾病是妇女的常见病、多发病。广泛开展健康教育,提高妇女保健意识,加强妇科常见病的干预,早发现、早治疗,努力降低妇科常见病发病率。是当前社区保健面临的重要任务。Objective To understand the incidence of common gynecological diseases in the community women in Xi′an in recent years,and explore the main diseases and related factors.Method According to the gynecological survey card contents,the survey objectives were asked the patient history to fill in cards one by one,receive routine gynecological examinations and auxiliary examination.The individual items tested or not was according to the condition of patients.Results Total 3 017 community women were surveyed,the incidences of common gynecological diseases top three were：cervical erosion（27.58%）,uterine fibroids（7.49%）,breast lumps（5.37%）,uterine cervix cancer in 1 case.The prevalence rate of cervical erosion among women of 21~25 years old was the highest（44.34%）,the lowest（5.5%） in 56~60 years,the prevalence rate decreased with age increasing（P0.01）.The incidence of uterine fibroids in 21~25 years was 0.90%,14.29% in 41~45 years,the incidence increased with age increasing,dropped to 3.4% in menopause（51~55 years）（P0.01）.Conclusion The survey finds that the current prevalence of gynecological diseases in Xi′an community women is still high,the diseases found is women′s common diseases.Extensive health education,improving women′s health awareness,strengthen the intervention of common gynecological diseases,early detection and early treatment,efforts to reduce the incidence of common gynecological diseases,is the important tasks that community health is currently facing.
