摘  要:目的:探讨PACS在放射科医生日常工作及教学中的应用价值。方法:利用PACS工作站对图像进行调阅、测量、缩放、调窗等后处理,并依据影像所见诊断,书写报告并打印。同时构建医学影像学教学病例库,建立多媒体网络教学教室,学生利用PACS终端进行学习。结果:PACS提高了诊断质量,加快了诊断报告的书写,患者的候诊时间明显缩短。同时,减轻了教师的教学强度,提高了教学质量。结论:运用PACS明显提高了放射科医生的工作效率,同时PACS提供了一种全新的医学影像学教学模式,达到了教学资源的共享,提高了教学水平。Objective To investigate the application value of medical picture archiving and communication system(PACS) in the working and teaching of radiology department.Method The medical images were reviewed,measured,magnified or shrinked and adjusted the window wide and window level by the PACS.According to the imaging features,radiologists could diagnose disease and print the reports.PACS also could construct the teaching case resources of medical imageology and classroom with multimedia and net work.Students could study in the terminals of PACS.Results PACS had improved the quality of imaging diagnosis and fastened the writing of diagnosis reports,shortened the time of patients for waiting the reports.PACS also reduced the teachers′ work intensity and aroused teaching quality.Conclusion By using the PACS,the radiologists have increased the working efficiency.PACS provides a new model of medical imageology teaching,and makes the teaching resources shared.It has raised the teaching level.
